Beyond Access Application
New Students
The Beyond Access program is open to all University of Connecticut students, including both degree-seeking and non-degree students.
If you have never participated in Beyond Access, start here.
Complete this online application so we can learn more about you and match you with a Strategy Instructor who best meets your needs.
The application should be completed primarily by the student participant, with support from family members or friends only as needed.
Beyond Access Participation Agreement
Students already enrolled in Beyond Access must fill out the following forms for each term that they participate in the program.
Fall or Spring Enrollment
Complete this form if you are enrolling in Beyond Access for the Fall or Spring semester.
Winter or Summer Enrollment
Please complete this form if you are enrolling in Beyond Access for a Winter or Summer session.
