Payment Plans & Scholarships

Financial assistance options are available to help make Beyond Access more affordable. Students may be eligible for financial aid, scholarships, or payment plans to spread program costs over time.

Financial Aid

Beyond Access fees may qualify as an educational expense. This may increase a student’s Cost of Attendance which may impact the amount of aid available for a student.

Contact One Stop Student Services to discuss how Beyond Access fees and/or scholarships may impact financial aid.

Payment Plans

The Office of the Bursar offers interest-free monthly payment plans which apply to all UConn tuition and fees. Students already enrolled in a payment plan will have the Beyond Access fee automatically divided and incorporated into their monthly payments. Learn more about payment plans through the Office of the Bursar.

Beyond Access also offers payment plans with up to five installments based on date of program enrollment. Students participating in a Beyond Access payment plan will receive monthly charges to the student fee bill. A Beyond Access payment plan only applies to Beyond Access program fees.

Payment Plan Authorization

To establish a payment plan for the Fall or Spring semester, fill out a payment plan authorization.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available for current UConn students enrolled in classes to offset the costs of Beyond Access. Students may submit applications each semester.

Note: If you are a need-based financial aid recipient (i.e., loans, grants, work-study), receiving a scholarship may affect your existing financial aid package. Contact One Stop Student Services if you have questions.
